How It Works
Wilderness Yoga Co. offers yoga-hikes seasonally during the months of April through October. Yoga-hikes are offered in and around the Boone, North Carolina area.

Please note that class sizes are limited, with ages 12 and up welcome. Additionally, even though we love them, pets are not permitted on Wilderness Yoga Excursions.
What to Bring
Gear? We've got you covered! Yoga mats and carrying straps are provided for all yoga-hikes.
Bring along a small backpack with water, snacks, sunscreen, and layers (long sleeves, hat, socks) as needed.
Hiking boots or trail running shoes are recommended for all yoga-hikes. Socks with grip on the bottom or bare feet are recommended for yoga and meditation.
Hey friends! I'm Kelsi. I am the founder of Wilderness Yoga Company, and serve as the guide and instructor for all Yoga-Hike Excursions.
I am Baptiste (200hr) and Buti Yoga certified with 13 years of experience as a yoga practitioner. In addition, I am Wilderness First Aid Certified, and love turning to the outdoors for recreation.
As an instructor, I create a safe, open space for exploration, connection, and growth. I integrate the elements - water, air, earth, and fire - into practice through a combination of slow flow, restorative yoga, and meditation. My hope for Wilderness Yoga Co. is that it will provide you with an opportunity to commune with nature in a new way; to get outside, get connected, and
find yourself on a mountain.
